Devoted to the pursuit of exceptional wine, the Domaine du Clos des Poulettes (formerly known as Domaine de la Poulette) cultivates over 16 hectares of vineyards spread across the villages of Corgoloin, Nuits-Saint-Georges (with over 3 hectares), and Vosne-Romanée.

 

The standout parcel, the Nuits Saint Georges 1st Cru, bears the distinctive name "le Clos des Poulettes" and is embraced by three walls, bestowing its identity upon the entire estate. From the inception of the wine to its finalization—tracing the journey from hand harvested grapes, aging in oak barrels, to bottling in perfection—every step is executed with meticulous care and unwavering passion within this family-owned domain.
