Nestled in the heart of Saumur, Le Puy Notre-Dame, classified as a village of character and charm has been a land of vines since the 16th century. With 17 hectares of land, the Domaine de l’Enchantoir estate has known several generations of winegrowers for its clay-limestone terroir. The richness of tuffeau in these soils is conducive to the production of characterful wines renowned for their richness, delicacy and complexity.

The wines are aged and preserved at the estate in the historic courtyard of the property, classified as a remarkable monument, where traditional know-how is combined with modern technologies to preserve the richness of the terroir and constantly improve the quality of each vintage.

From the courtyard, you can access part of the network of troglodytes, these underground tunnels wind through the entire territory of Puy-Notre-Dame and allow optimal storage and conservation of our wines.
