Jean-Jacques Bonnet and Vincent Pineau are the passionate winemakers operating the Domaine Bonnet-Huteau—a family property in the centre of the Sèvre and Maine appellation, that has been passed down for more than 150 years.

Their domain is run biodynamically (Biodyvin certified) with a philosophy to cultivate wines with a full-range flavour profile achieved from well-grown Muscadet. The domaine’s vinification practice respects both the soil and the nature that grows from it so that the best quality and minerality of each of their terroirs are highlighted: granite, amphibolite, mica schiste, and gneiss.

This domaine is unique because the two wines in our selection are made with the same vinification, and the difference lies in the minerality and finesse of the difference in terroir.
