​Stephanie and Olivier, both 4th generation Champagne winemakers, joined their vineyards when they married to create Waris Hubert. Their exceptional collection of vines averages 25 years and spans over 11 hectares in Grand Cru classified villages (Avize, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly, Aÿ) as well as other terroirs of character (Grauves, Bisseuil, Sézanne).​

All grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure that only the best materials are used to create the Champagne. Waris Hubert specially produces in small quantities at the highest of qualities so that each bottle tells a story of purity and exceptional finesse.​
