Notes:
From plots located on the right bank of the Serein, the river that runs through the Chablis region. This Chablis is distinguished by its balance and gourmet character. Alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged on the lees for 10 to 15 months in stainless steel vats and oak barrels.
