Appearance: Pale yellow
Aromas: White blossoms, lemon peel, tangerine, fragrant melon, and creamy pear
Palate: Medium body—lemon pith and peel, peaches, pear, grapefruit, and minerality that balances out the rich fruit. It finishes with a lingering flint and almond spice
Palate: meaty oily fish, as well as buttery, nutty and salty cheese

This Sauvignon Blanc is certified organic and biodynamically farmed, from 25-year-old vines grown. The silex gives a brooding, flinty edge to this wine. Lean and mineral-driven, this is shaped and led by broken, struck stones.
