Appearance: Traditional Provence pale pink
Aromas: Fruity, white and yellow-fleshed fruit, peach apricot, with citrus notes, and a touch of strawberry
Palate: Light-medium body—elegant first contact, invigorating and pleasant, nice floral aromas, well-balanced and light, with a fresh taste
Pairing:  Mediterranean food, spicy crab, Sichuan and Indian food
 
Notes:
A refined and aromatic experience celebrated in a rose hue. The rosé made by the saignée method, first press of the fermenting juice from the skins to preserve delicacy and character whilst making its traditional province pale colour.
