Palate: Medium body—silky palate, and soft tannins. Long finish with notes of black fruit, liquorice, and beautiful minerality
Pairing:  Small game, lamb, gizzards, liver
Decant 30mins before serving.
 
Notes:
The tannins of this wine illustrate the limestone terroir of the Cahors region. At the same time, it shows a particular finesse and freshness—the uniqueness of Château Les Croisille.
