Appearance: Deep garnet
Aromas: Violet, blackberry, spice and pepper notes
Palate: Medium-full—bold and structured. Rich palate with dark fruits, and spice with a good balance of smooth, delicate tannins
Pairing:  Lamb, aged beef, other meats bbq style
 
Notes:
Produced from the domain’s 10 Saint-Joseph parcels. Each parcel is vinified and aged separately and then blended before bottling. The domain decided to make just one traditional wine, with each terroir bringing its distinctive character to the blend. The wines are aged between 12 and 14 months.
